spacious room great location leaky shower dirty sheets
the room was spacious it had all the facilities i needed the location is great near everything trams buses shopping the mercat hall and el corte ingles are close by the esplanada is a short walk away
the shower leaked during showers underneath the sheets on the bed it was not clean properly there were other peoples hairs the bed moved easily

very good value and location
airy room early check-in central location
the room was light and airy with a balcony. i checked in early because my flight arrived early. i found good heating was available to take any chill away. the location being central made it easy to get around.
my room lacked a microwave in the kitchenette, a little disappointing.

convenient access main promenade safe environment
the location offers convenient access to a supermarket, tram, and buses. it is about a ten-minute walk to the main promenade, which i found very useful. the hotel provides a safe environment for female travelers, which i appreciated.
i got a studio located right across from the elevator. it was impossible to sleep due to the lack of adequate sound insulation.

comfortable bed great shower miserable receptionist few lifts
the room was clean daily and included a comfortable bed! the shower was also great. the location was handy for bars restaurants, trains and buses
the main receptionist was miserable and unhelpful at check-in. there were no english channels on the tv, they still only have two out of four lifts working! i often had to wait a long time.

early morning noise english channels
the room was an okay size. the shower pressure was actually great (something i always look for).
the noise was definitely an issue. my room faced what i guess was a loading dock. i could hear trucks unloading early each morning, not great for sleeping in. also, there were no english channels on the tv, which, i mean, it's 2024, come on.
